The Appointment Setter position focuses on making a minimum number of B2B cold calls each day and setting appointments for our sales representatives. The expectations are not unreasonable for an experienced Appointment Setter. During the interview process we clearly explain in detail what the position involves, so the candidate is already aware of the job expectations and proficiencies that are required before any job offer is made. As with any position, if an employee does not meet expectations, there will be coaching provided, and sometimes a performance improvement plan.
