Pros
A dynamic environment. In a scale-up like this, there's no room for complacency. You'll find yourself wearing multiple hats and taking on tasks you never thought you'd be doing, but that's where the growth happens. It's not for the faint-hearted or poor communicators, but if you're willing to step out of your comfort zone, you'll be surprised by how quickly you can grow here professionally.
Cons
The company has recently trimmed underperformers and is lean but growing again. The workloads can be heavy and can fluctuate at times, but most of us thrive in that environment. You can grow here but only with grit. Terraboost is not for everyone.
