Everything else. As a salary employee I was asked to work upwards of 80 hours per week with no overtime pay increase, 6-7 days a week on a large project. Management dismissed any conversations for more pay or potential for career advancement. For over a year I worked the most total and chargeable hours of anyone at the office without any sort of fair compensation or reward. Saved them tens of thousands over the course of a single project just by being on salary. When I finally asked for a raise I was offered 2% (a .30 cent increase). Felt like a total slap in the face and knew management would never notice hard work so I left.
