Pros
It is a pretty good company. You get an annual bonus around the Nov/Dec timeframe - non-managers usually $100 to $500 before taxes. The company gives each location "spot" bonus money (usually $50 or $100 pre-paid visa cards) to hand out to employees throughout the year. If you are lucky enough to work with a manager who has a "mentor" mindset, you will learn a great deal. It is employee owned and you aren't working for shareholders outside the company.
Cons
Should you work for a manager with NO vision, you will go nowhere, learn very little over a long span of time, and have to be your own leader, not have an opinion, etc. My office had a warm body in the "Leader" chair but no vision, no communication, not a person who tries to help others advance or learn, not a manager or leader in any sense of the word, weak minded with a bad attitude and a BIG ego.
