Pros
Good benefits, including profit sharing; fairly willing to accommodate change to avoid stagnation, including inter-department transfers; focus on quality of testing and accuracy.
Cons
Most of the downsides I experienced were office-specific. Poor local management used an enhanced safety initiative to seek out infractions to be able to report "improved" safety metrics. A lot of posturing, a lot of office politics.
