Pros

>> I am working on company's own product i.e Rock-on as a QA engineer, and i must say the team i am working with is the best one any one can ever get. >> all are supportive, great environment for work, all the departments i have gone through are just very co-operative >> a great learning source

Cons

as such i have hardly faced any regrets here.

Pros

- less hierarchy and bureaucracy - 100% flexibility if you are a performer - very competitive salary and appraisals - suitable for competent and ambitious individuals as its is a comparatively smaller/growing organization

Cons

- internal communication can be better - chances of surviving is extremely low if you are slacking, Margin of tolerance is low for bad performance - only for the solid performers as expectations are pretty HIGH - not enough branding

Pros

The project was good but the team was unprofessional, the team was also not diverse. After hiring I was told I was hired because the team thought I was from one of their clans in India.

Cons

Responsibilities shared were very different from what i interviewed for. Also the company is not diverse and caters to only one kind of clan. It maybe Tescra or the client that is trying to promote and include only telugu people.
