If you like being in the wild for weeks on end. Good to job hop after a year since it’s a big name.
Cons
Awful pay, no project work half the year so you are essentially jobless half the year. Sr staff does not care about juniors they have their own favourites. They will work you to the bone, and pressure you for project work even tho it is their whole job.
