Pros
The work hours are flexible, good benefits, great company name. People are very willing to help if you need it. In general management or people in upper positions are very friendly and easy to work with.
Cons
I wish that managers would give me more feedback on my job performance. I would like to see where my manager thinks I would fit in the future. Also, I am very interested in continuing my education in order to advance within Tetra Tech. Feedback would help me to assess my intrests and strenths to enable me to decide what degree or education I would like to obtain in order to make my working relationship with the company mutually beneficial
