Pros
Major international presence. This is especially beneficial now at a time when many US municipalities are in serious financial trouble. Company continues to grow while many competitors are still contracting. Despite it's size, company (at least my office) does a good job of sharing knowledge and work across operating units.
Cons
Tetra Tech is essentially a holding company for a bunch of operating units. That fact and the companies size can be overwhelming for some.
