Great coworkers, awful management - Anonymous employee Tetra Tech Employee Review

Management doesn't do a very good job. People are treated as things, asked to work ot while not charging ot, no salary increase but nice bonuses for management, they've become a one client company, work environment has dramatically decreased. While they claim to have flex hours, lately they make people come in to work at a certain time, no earlier nor later than 8am. If you charge ot you get called to a manager's office to question you, if you charge overhead the same things happen. BD is really bad, they have no idea of how getting new projects. There is a disconnection with normal employees
