Pros
Good opportunities for those with good business sense and personality. Mid-level and higher employees are compensated well but probably average for the industry. People are nice with not that many egos to feed. Very interesting and challenging jobs to work on. Very smart individuals.
Cons
Publicly traded companies can be a bit different to work for. Greater emphasis on showing predictable and stable or growing financial results than with a private company.
