      Solid company, that hired me through a USAID fund project in Guatemala.

      Cons

      medium (5-7 year) projects that does not allow to make a long career in that field.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
