      Flexible work schedule, a variety of projects.

      Cons

      Sink or swim culture. No office culture as most people work from home. Timesheets are super annoying to complete each week.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
