Pros
The company has been very insightful and has provided newly graduates induction sessions and getting settled within the company.
Cons
Certain teams are not as communicative which resulted has affected my performance and managers not believing in me and as a result being withdrawn from the company. The company is not as diverse and could do better to accommodate people from other backgrounds. The company can definitely help graduates more whilst providing more attention and weekly progress updates with other graduates within the team. Furthermore, the working-from-home initiative is not as good as most workers work from home, whilst not being as available to help people new to the industry. A lot could be done for individuals starting their career within the company.
