      Reward hard work, great benefits, lots of opportunity

      Cons

      Typical large company antics. Personality quizzes by HR to team build and endless trainings that probably keep lawyers happy but do little if anything in the real world.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
