      Overtime (1.5x) opportunities. Per Diem. A wide array of possible tasks. Easily able to internally transfer.

      Cons

      Part time, so when there is no project there is no work - no guaranteed hours. Potentially very long weeks (60-70 hours). Possibility of being transferred to new projects in far away places at a moment’s notice.

      Excellent flexibility in project work. Good people to work with.

      A good amount of travel, not much PTO.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
