      Supportive atmosphere. Option for unpaid time off. Flexible schedule. Almost everyone can exclusively WFH.

      Cons

      Lots of paperwork. Benefits could be better. 401k match vests only after 5 years. Culture of working on weekends / long hours.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
