      Part of a large company, so great benefits This group is smaller and you really feel like you make an impact to the business daily. Hard work is recognized and flexibility is understood. Opportunity to grow within your department or another if you want.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
