      Decent starting pay. Professional Management. Good technology.

      Cons

      Most of the work offered is contract work and/or seasonal. This can be a pro or a con depending on your situation, but there wasn't an opportunity to go full-time at the contract termination even though I exceeded every performance metric and was a valuable contributor.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
