      Large variety of projects to work on. Competent coworkers. Culture of quality over speed. Company is doing well financially.

      Pay, remote work, flexible, variety of projects

      Cons

      Management is bit disorganized and always scrambling. Benefits are not the greatest. PTO is looped in with holidays. Not enough resources for every job so burnout is high
