Pros
Lots of opportunities if you look / express interest in other fields or areas. Flexible work location. Job duties are not overwhelming. Good amount of travel. Competitive Pay
Cons
Benefits are mediocre. PTO works against your utilization, so if you take time off you are encouraged to work higher than normal billable hours to account otherwise your utilization takes a hit. Only engineering/tech consulting firm I have heard do this and I think it's ludicrous. It's just their way of discouraging people from taking time off.
