Pros

Outstanding pay, excellent benefits, and good work-life balance. Good people all around to work with on a day to day basis.

Cons

Paperwork, paperwork, and more paperwork. Low level managers who think they know how to manage and don't. Lack of faith to trust your employees to do what's best for the company. Trust and reliance on only 1 maybe 2 team members (out of 10) to work on projects.

Executive management is toxic, unrealistic, and full of ego. You can not run a company by emotion and expect to succeed.
