Pros

Luckily, I work with an incredible team and enjoy my time here. The people in this department make this extremely fast paced and difficult job not only bearable, but fun.

Cons

Texas Capital Bank is absolutely not a relaxed or fun organization overall. The only thing propping up this department is our leader, as they help to insulate our team from the extreme stress and pressure from the OC. If they move to a different bank, the house of cards will fall and most people will no longer enjoy their job and want to leave.

Cons

Executive management is toxic, unrealistic, and full of ego. You can not run a company by emotion and expect to succeed.
