Good benefits in general. Flex hours. Nine eighty for some departments Forward thinking computer department Good facilities and buildings. Easy bus access to the buildings. Free parking

Cons

Work life balance ignored. It is growing too fast to care for people. Too much politics. Drives people to openly see favoritism for some and only metrics for others
