Pros
I faced a lot of challenges when I worked at Texas Children's Health Plan and through those challenges, I learned a lot about myself in pushing through them to achieve more than I thought possible.
Cons
Some of the jobs I applied for that I felt I was more than qualified, I didn't receive an interview or if I did get an interview I found out later that the person that was hired was someone that the person hiring manager knew.
