Affordable health and dental coverage. Hospital is nice with a great charting system used.
Cons
Management is horrid; nurse managers do not stay around long; some do not communicate well with employees. As of late, employee turnover rate has been high, recently lost 2 evening nurses, 1 evening tech, 2 day nurses, and 2 day techs all within a 6 month period. THR organization has dramatically gone down hill since 2013. This company is supposedly non-profit, but keeps buying up new hospitals and business ventures. Also, every few weeks there is a "new" motto, or a "new" acronym, none of which have anything to do with patient care. The initial core value has been lost and replaced with making THR "the best place to work list in D Magazine" .
