Pros
They pay much better then its competition. Their EHR is Epic which in my opinion is better then what I've seen.
Cons
There is constant negativity on the employee. Lots of criticizing instead of encouragement. Constant threats of suspension over minute task such as completing a company module. Excessive in hiring middle management but overworked bedside nurses. Safe patient-to-nurse ratio not honored.
