Pros
The company wants the employees to be enjoy their career with THR. The organization as a whole seems to be going ina good direction.
Cons
Like any facility, your experience is determined by your attitude first and those you are around day by day. There were great workers and not so great workers. There were many times I was worried about the patients receiving proper care, but this was more so dependent on the nurses and nurse techs.
