Pros

The company values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer. Well organized, things like pay, time work are done in an orderly manner. Conveniently located within the Dallas area, with great access to major freeways in the area.

Cons

Seem to prefer outsiders than to promoting staff who have been there for years. Pay increases once a year but very minimal at best. They use a percentage system but the problems is the cost of living in Dallas has far exceeded what many employees are stuck with.
