Pros

The company has great salaries and benefits. They have a great system that allows employees to apply for other jobs if they are unhappy with their current assignment. They promote from within so their is opportunity for career growth. In fact, job movement is encouraged to facilitate employee growth.

Cons

Management was very demanding on negotiating significant cost savings from suppliers. The outcome was typically we won the suppliers lost, which often strained relationships.
