Pros

Established company. Most of the individual contributors there are easy to get along with and care about what they are doing. Work/life balance can be good if you are in the right division.

Cons

TI has a good reputation in the industry, but my experience there was no so good. The company is slow moving and the management was really poor. They has no strategic vision and the road map changed frequently. Some of the higher level managers seemed to care more about their own advancement than about the customer or their employees.
