Pros

The company values ethics a lot, so most of the employees are really kind and well-disciplined. Work quality is way beyond what's expected, and you will definitely learn a lot from your peers and your stakeholders. Work-life balance is great. When it comes to work, it's work. When it comes to friendships and relationships, they'll stay as those and they won't affect each other.

Cons

it's in the semiconductor industry, so the pay tends to be on the lower end. The compensation philosophies are also in question, because of how much cost-cutting is going on in the company.
