      Pros

      TI has a very diverse in their hiring. They offer employees and contractors many perks and amenities. The work atmosphere is friendly and casual. They provide many opportunities for job advancement.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of the business, it is either feast or famine. Layoffs are always looming and you don't have the feeling of job stability. The compensation and retirement packages are not always as generous as they should be.

      - Good Management, Mentorship, & Growth Potential - Felt Empowered & Enabled to develop skills and explore options - Office Locations are nice & modern - MPG Supervisor was supportive in interfacing with TI Management

      Contracted through Manpower Group - Low/Middle regarding Pay & Benefits for Contracted Recruiters - Unclear pathway for advancing to a Full-Time Employee with Texas Instruments - Contracted status Recruiters are vulnerable to layoffs during tough economy & hiring freezes - Forecasting for headcount & hiring goals across facilities was erratic and inconsistent

      Pros

      Fun coworkers. Above average PTO

      Cons

      Layoffs- Don't think you're safe. There's always one around the corner. The NVIDIA tide is lifting all boats now but don't be surprise when they start cutting once the bubble pops. They were happy to keep hiring during the COVID chip shortage.. Profit sharing keeps effectively getting cut. Wouldn't really mind if they didn't keep promoting it when recruiting talent. Ad hoc criteria for WFH (HR is always watching).
