      3-4 days a week, decent vacation time, veteran friendly, lots of prior military techs and management, has a technical ladder that you can move up, 15% night shift bonus

      Cons

      12 hour days plus the drive to and from, possible mandatory night shift

      Individuals that don’t contribute are not penalized. Occasional instability but not for hard working knowledgeable people.
