Pros

Within sales, there are many locations. The program allows you to put in your preference of location, although it is not guaranteed that you will be relocated to your preferred location. However, it is good that they allow you to express your opinion. There are many people that are willing to help and provide mentorship.

Cons

Depending on the sales office, it is very fast-paced so keeping up can be difficult. Also, it is very difficult to keep a good work/life balance.
