Pros

The people I worked with generally liked their jobs, didn't complain, and had plenty of opportunities for growth. The benefits were great, and they were very lenient about getting the time off as needed to deal with personal issues.

Cons

Sometimes, you'd have to work with people who should have been fired. They seem very hesitant to fire people. I guess that could be a positive though, depending on your work ethic.

Pros

Fun coworkers. Above average PTO

Cons

Layoffs- Don't think you're safe. There's always one around the corner. The NVIDIA tide is lifting all boats now but don't be surprise when they start cutting once the bubble pops. They were happy to keep hiring during the COVID chip shortage.. Profit sharing keeps effectively getting cut. Wouldn't really mind if they didn't keep promoting it when recruiting talent. Ad hoc criteria for WFH (HR is always watching).
