Pros

Growth opportunities within CRH is vast

Cons

Pay is not competitive. They truly don’t value their employees, it’s all smoke and mirrors. They are hiding the fact that this year and moving forward, we won’t get the 401k matching contribution. Ask, and they have been told to be vague because CRH is tied up wanting to buy Arcosa…8.6 billion dollars intent to buy but we can’t take care of our employees. We don’t want to truly pay our employees what they are worth. If you want remote work, this isn’t the place. The new division president is full of himself. Good leaders are leaving and that is an indication of the health of the company.
