      It's a job. That is how most all your employees feel.

      Cons

      The companys heads have no heart and treat the employees like a number only. The CFO is business only and turns his back on the employees. Various violations on employee pay and time off.

      The door is wide open for opportunities. It doesn't matter whether you walk in the door as a inexperienced guy looking for a paycheck to make ends meet, if you focus work hard and continually show progression, ambition and responsibility, upper management will give you a opportunity to become more successful within the company.
