A small agency that is big on relationships - IT Security Analyst Texas Water Development Board Employee Review

I have worked in the public sector for most of my professional career and TWDB is the smallest agency I have worked with thus far. It's small size allows for you to know more people, even within other program areas, and the board members would often come around to say help and bring dessert. The quarterly agency meetings were also truly a surprise as they were consistently entertaining as well as informative. Overall, the morale was consistently boosted while working with TWDB and it is a great place to work.
