This is a horrible place to work. Management treats you like you are not a person. They let several co workers go without a performance review or plan to help them get better. Management lacks empathy, kindness, professionalism and understanding. Do not waste your time accepting a position with them.

People are awesome, some of the best you’ll ever work with. People are truly passionate about water and leadership is good. Remote work was the best of both worlds.

Cons

Salary is definitely lower than in consulting. Remote work is no longer a pro since 2025. So sad.
