      I was excited to go back to work after being a stay home mom for 8 years. This company is wonderful, I am really happy to work for them. I can’t ask for better employer to start off with

      Job gives overtime to employees.

      Cons

      Pay is bad for education level required. Taking time off is difficult. Job is stressful due to constantly increasing workload. Flat organizational structure leads to little room for advancement.
