Be Skeptical - Manager The Andersons Employee Review

The company has so many layers of politics that individuals are rewarded for holding on to information and who they know more than what is contributed. For a company that has public face in their mission statement of having a "fundamental goal of serving God by serving others" this was one of the worst places I have ever worked for. They do not care about the people that work for them unless they were related to someone high up.
