      Very good company with a great history. Employee benefits are some of the best around.

      Cons

      They are a little behind when it comes to ESG, D&I and flexible/remote work options, but they realize that and are working on it.

      The company rewards individuals who achieve at high levels and take initiative.

      Cons

      If you don't go after business, you are better off taking a salary from one of the ABC's.
