      Nice Job security and benefits.

      Cons

      Very dirty in Plant Nutrient sector. Brings dirt into cars and home after work. Employee morale is low in 2021 for PN. Very poor communication between management and employees. Poor training procedure for crew leaders and general laborers.

      If you don't go after business, you are better off taking a salary from one of the ABC's.
