      Pros

      Pay and benefits are good, the only pro.

      Cons

      Very clicky and can feel left out, like back in high-school. The old school values of when the Anderson's ran the company are no longer present. Traditions, value and a family feeling are no longer.

      If you don't go after business, you are better off taking a salary from one of the ABC's.
