      Used to be a good company prior to current management.

      Cons

      They place NO value in employee experience, dedication or years of service and only value customers as they relate to quarterly profits. Multiple lawsuits are currently pending regarding labor issues. The company also states their annual performance solely in dollars instead of bushels and tons, as they have always done, in an attempt to hide actual declining sales and performance.

      If you don't go after business, you are better off taking a salary from one of the ABC's.

      Pros

      Good culture, very nice people/coworkers. Work isn’t that challenging. You can work here for 30 years doing the same thing.

      Cons

      You can work here for 30 years doing the same thing. This isn’t the place to work if you want to get ahead in your career and climb the ladder, take on more responsibility.
