      Pros

      - Company does a great job training new traders to become proficient in their role - Rewards production (Once an MIT graduates there are great bonuses and money to be made as an associate/senior merchant) - Strong outlook for growth in one's career (not even necessarily in just trading), you get the ability to move around to new roles somewhat - Company is large and stable for the future

      Cons

      - Large company - Not very many other cons I can think of

      The company rewards individuals who achieve at high levels and take initiative.

      Cons

      If you don't go after business, you are better off taking a salary from one of the ABC's.
