      Pros

      It was nice to have ownership over the profit center.

      Cons

      Short-sighted at times to maximize near-term profits. This often left profit center facilities and Ops teams without the resources they need for long-term success. You can see this with the number of "incidents" (facility failures, fires, etc) that have occurred in recent years. This company loves to see their employees travel!

      The company rewards individuals who achieve at high levels and take initiative.

      Cons

      If you don't go after business, you are better off taking a salary from one of the ABC's.

      Pros

      Good culture, very nice people/coworkers. Work isn’t that challenging. You can work here for 30 years doing the same thing.

      Cons

      You can work here for 30 years doing the same thing. This isn’t the place to work if you want to get ahead in your career and climb the ladder, take on more responsibility.
