      The pace is incredibly fast here and we appreciate all you do. We have many initiatives underway to support efficiency and balanced workloads...Make sure also you take part in our Tour de France program this summer to learn mindfulness and recovery tactics to avoid exhaustion and burnout.       Pros

      I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the “Bean Counters” are now at the helm, and senior management seems to have strayed from following everything the Azimuth stands for. They are hurriedly rushing out half-baked changes by outsourcing work over seas with a full speed ahead, no matter if it works or not, mentality, while still expecting significant client retention and growth.
