Pros

Excellent work/life balance! Unlimited PTO for certain positions Above average salary range for the area Front desk hires were always helpful & worked hard. Thank you!!

Cons

It all starts at the top! The agency's new owners (BRP) need to come in and allow colleagues to speak openly & honestly; without feeling they may lose their job or be retaliated against. Leadership speaks harshly & yells at colleagues; very bullying & intimidating atmosphere. If you cannot confidently stand your ground, respectfully, don’t work here. Team Leads bash their support group to other colleagues. Why would you do this? These are the people who support you and help you manage your desk. It's done over & over & management needs to put a stop to it immediately! Colleague issues & non-performance are discussed openly in meetings. So now everyone knows about your mistakes. Manager attempts to appease everyone; which pits colleagues against each other. Whether intentional or not, that is what happens. Whether you want to believe it or not, the morale is very low throughout 90% of the department. Talk to your team- make POSITIVE change. it doesn’t have anything to do with the market challenges, but everything to do with leadership. The major issue in the PL department is lack of strong leadership. I can’t say it reflects the entire firm as a whole, because Insgroup has a lot of great leaders and team members in general. Keep your word, and do what you say you are going to do! Work with integrity and honesty! Let people have confidence & trust in what you say.

Pros

I was previously proud to say the company I worked for a company that took care of their employees and followed the Azimuth in all decision making, but it feels as if a switch has been flipped by senior management since beginning of Q1. The majority of colleagues care very much about their coworkers and clients.

Cons

Unfortunately the “Bean Counters” are now at the helm, and senior management seems to have strayed from following everything the Azimuth stands for. They are hurriedly rushing out half-baked changes by outsourcing work over seas with a full speed ahead, no matter if it works or not, mentality, while still expecting significant client retention and growth.
